Dear Campus Community,
As we approach the midterm of the fall semester, the Presidential Search Committee would like to provide an update on the presidential search process.
First, thanks to everyone who participated in the various virtual and in-person listening sessions with our search consultants, Isaacson, Miller (IM). The sessions provided IM with valuable feedback necessary to better understand W&J, its future opportunities and challenges, and the qualifications and experiences we will seek in prospective presidential candidates.
The information collected during those listening sessions was part of a broader discovery process that helped the search consultants develop a comprehensive position profile. This document is used to share with potential candidates to give them a deeper understanding of W&J’s unique strengths, current positioning and bold aspirations for the future.
The search consultants are now engaged in an intensive national recruitment effort to build a deep and diverse pool of candidates for the search committee to consider.
